Sunday April 6th

    

Race opened to the public in the morning, the World University Championships women's race and then the men's race on the afternoon and a lot of animations all day long!!!

Sunday morning:

Four races will be organized: (all the information on these races under the heading "Animations-sunday cross")

       - The Family race, opened to everybody: parents and children will run in the same race.

       - The "adjusted sport" race: a disabled person runs in couple with a fit person.

       - The Enterprises challenge: a team race with colleagues.

       - The Champions race: two or three champions of the main clubs of the region take part to that race.

 Sunday afternoon:

From 2:15 p.m onwards the opening ceremony of the World University Championships of Cross-country 2008.

At 3:00 p.m, the World University Championships Women's race will start.

At 3:45 p.m, the delivery of the medals depending on the individual results of the women's race will take place.

At 4:00 p.m, the World University Championships Men's race will start.

At 4:45 p.m, delivery of the medals depending on the results of the men's race teams.

From 5:00 p.m onwards, you will be able to attend the closing ceremony of the University World Championships of Cross-country 2008.

All day:

- The country market: the Pays de Bray's craftsmen will be there on the competition site to sell their regional products.

- The Partners village "sport and health": you will find our partners who will present their products and will also propose activities and animations on the theme "sport and health".

- The introduction to Athletism: children will take advantage of the mini stadiums to discover the different athletism disciplines (jump, throw, race) suppervised by experimented people.

- Picnic spaces: a refreshment will propose some drinks and food; picnic spaces will be set up to make you enjoy entirely your day on the hippodrome.
